Except for what is written in this Act, the other duties, duties and powers of the Registrar shall be as follows:-

(a) To execute the decisions of the Council,

(b) To prepare a list of topics for discussion to be submitted in the meeting of the Council,

(c) Other duties, duties and rights as specified.
